Do you know the ABC of Skincare?

Vitamin A - also known as retinol.

Retinol works to boost your cellular turnover,

and it is the absolute gold standard in anti-

ageing products. Used for treating hyper-

pigmentation, fine lines, acne, and a range of

other conditions, retinol is a must-have for

your nightly skin care routine!

Remember, retinol works to get you radiant

skin, but it does come in different strengths,

so start low and slow if you're a beginner!

B stands for Broad Spectrum!

The sun emits UVA and UVB rays - and

unfortunately, many of the sunscreens you

can find out there will only protect you from

UVB.

UVA rays are the ones that age you, and UVB

are the ones that burn! The best way to

remember this is UVA(geing), UVB(urning)

This should ALWAYS be the number one

most important part of our routine and is a

non-negotiable if you want to keep your skin

healthy!

There are three skincare ingredients which work beautifully together to help slow down the ageing process. And conveniently they just so happen to be called A, B and C.
Dr. Andrew Markey, Dermarologist.

C stands for Vitamin C.

Now this is what you need on your skin every

morning! Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, evens

your complexion, reduces redness, promotes

collagen synthesis... the list goes on and on.

The proof is in the pudding as they say!

You'll thank us later when you have supple,

glowing skin.
