TERMS & CONDITIONS
Non-Refundable Booking Fee
To secure an appointment, we require a non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking via the booking app. This fee will be deducted off the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Notice Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations. If you cannot provide this notice or do not turn up to your appointment it will result in the loss of your booking fee.

No Children & Pets Policy
To ensure safety and for insurance liability purposes, we respectfully ask that no children (aged under 16 years) or pets accompany you to your appointment.
